3-4 boneless chicken breasts, chopped into small chunks
• 1/3 cup flour
• olive oil
• 1/2 T salt
• 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
• 3 T ketchup
• 6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate (thaw or throw it in the microwave for 45 seconds)
• 4 T brown sugar
In a bowl, mix the orange juice, brown sugar, vinegar, salt, and ketchup. I doubled my liquids. Dredge chicken in flour and brown in olive oil. Add chicken to orange sauce in crockpot.Cook 5 to 6 hours on low or 3 to 4 hours on high.I also chopped up a medium white onion in big chunks and 3 bell peppers-red, yellow and orange in large chunks and added them the last couple of hours. This man of mine loves to add veggies to things when we can. Serve over rice.
