Today is National Pancake Day and of course Linnie thought it a great day to go to IHOP for dinner. I must tell you Linnie would think any day was a great day to go to IHOP. But with Dave in London it seemed like a good reason to get out of the house. He spent the last week in Dallas and was home for one day then off to London for ten days. I hate when he's gone this much-I never have slept well when he is away-so going out with the girlies was a nice break for all three of us! And besides who doesn't love pancakes!?!
