Well last day of the old year! Can't believe how quick the year went!! We decided we would go to IHOP to ring in the new year! We had started doing that a few years ago but for whatever reason haven't gone for a couple of years. Laura was real excited to go because we hadn't gone plus she didn't have to be into work till nine the next day.
I spent the weekend in Dallas with Dave. He got free tickets for the Armed Forces Bowl game. Since Air Force was playing he was hyped. I didn't go to the game with him-but he wanted me to go. I teased him on the way home about his thinking I was to follow him all over the world. His commet was but that's the way it always has been!!
This has been a great year except for losing Dave's Mom. Truth be we have always been on our own-with Mom it was always about his sister and her family. Life has been good to us-lots of traveling for Mr. Man and lots of waiting for the girlies and me.
Laura's working now and Linnie is almost done with High School-the next year should be full of surprises!!! So Happy New Year!!!
